Every Thursday morning I give a slow class going inwards through meditation and breathing exercise. We will enter asanas that open up the spine warming up all the muscles in your body. I use essential oils to help releasing stress. And I use a Tibetan bowl in the beginning and end of the class to resonate with your inner sound stabilising your energy.
