With Workspace Yoga

  • You will receive custom made yoga asanas/postures for your workspace environment to destress your body.
  • You will know how to release tension and stiffness from your neck, shoulder, spine and knees.
  • You will learn when to take a moment to meditate and (re)connect with your body and mind.
  • A group session creates awareness of your body while breathing together developing a group concentration. 
  • A one on one session will have its focus on your daily needs to release stress while working.

Based on your wishes a personal programme will be developed.

  • Recurring group session 5-20 persons weekly, twice or once a month.
  • Personal one on one session weekly, twice or once a month.
