Yoga Therapy integrates traditional yoga philosophy with Western medical and psychological knowledge to alleviate physical and mental health issues.

With Yoga Therapy sessions

  • We will start with an extensive intake, discussing your (medical) history, wishes, and motivation.

  • I assess your posture, movement, and breathing.

  • Based on the intake information I will make a personal coaching and training plan.
