What is Yoga Therapy
Yoga Therapy integrates traditional yoga philosophy with Western medical and psychological knowledge to alleviate physical and mental health issues.
With Yoga Therapy sessions
- We will start with an extensive intake, discussing your (medical) history, wishes, and motivation.
- I assess your posture, movement, and breathing.
- Based on the intake information I will make a personal coaching and training plan.
